Request Intellectual Propery Representative Registration

Description

This service allows clients to record their Representative rights with Sharjah Customs, which is pre-registered in the Ministry of Economy. Such recording allows the representatives to record Trademark Owners registered Trade mark and Copy Right which are pre-recorded in the Ministry of Economy for the Customs protection Or file complaints with valid information on the imported of goods of registered agents by any unauthorized importers.

Steps

1. Register as Intellectual Property Representative
2. Wait for the approval from Sharjah Customs
3. Login using credentials
4. After representative approval following requests can be done online
a) Agency Registration
b) Trade Mark Recording
c) Trade Marks Complaint
